Welcome to the Encore Music Holidays Program, an immersive and exciting 11-day musical adventure for aspiring musicians! This program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, where children/adults can explore their musical talents, learn to play an instrument of their choice, and come together to create beautiful music as an ensemble.

Program Highlights:

1. Instrument Classes: Each day, for the first hour, students will have the opportunity to learn and master an instrument of their choice. Whether it's the keyboard, guitar, drums, or vocals, our experienced instructors will guide them through the basics, teaching essential techniques, proper posture, and fundamental skills.

2. Ensemble Sessions: In the second hour, the students will come together as a group and participate in ensemble sessions. They will apply what they have learned in their instrument classes and collaborate with fellow musicians to play the same song. This ensemble experience fosters teamwork, cooperation, and the joy of making music together.

3. Comprehensive Music Theory: Throughout the program, students will receive a solid foundation in music theory. They will explore concepts such as notation, rhythm, scales, and basic chord structures. Understanding these fundamental principles will enhance their musical abilities and provide a deeper understanding of the music they play.

4. Song Learning and Performance: In each class, students will learn two songs on their instrument of choice. These songs are carefully selected to cater to their skill level and musical interests. At the end of the program, they will have the opportunity to showcase their progress in a final performance, where they will perform one of the songs they have learned.

5. Fun and Engaging Activities: At Encore Music, we believe that learning should be fun and enjoyable. In addition to the instrument classes and ensemble sessions, we will incorporate exciting music-related activities and games to keep the students esp children engaged and motivated throughout the program. These activities will enhance their musical creativity, boost their confidence, and make their learning experience truly memorable.

 

By participating in the Encore Music Holidays Program, students will not only develop their musical skills but also gain valuable life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. Our experienced instructors will provide individualized attention, ensuring that each student receives the support and guidance they need to excel.

 

Class Schedule:

• Duration: 11 days

• Each day: 2 hours of classes (1 hour for instrument class, 1 hour for ensemble session)

• Instruments to choose from: Keyboard, Guitar, Drums, and Vocals

• Maximum of 4 students per ensemble group (representing each instrument)

*Note: The Encore Music Holidays Program is exclusively available to children/adults residing in the Building. The sessions will occur within the building premises, subject to valid permission and based on the number of sign-ups received.
